This is the first time we host a giveaway of this sort, but it is part of a partnership we have right now to promote the PAM Top Tips Contest where you get a chance to win $5000, a dinner with Venezuelan Chef George Duran and more. To enter all you have to do is go to the PAM Top Tips Contest page before February 7th and let all know how PAM Helps You Pull It Off® in your cocina. You can submit a video, a photo or a blog post, just make sure it’s an original and creative use of PAM in the kitchen or with recipes, and share it with your friends to get the most votes!
You can check out my Crepas de Cajeta Made Easy recipe, or Roxana’s wildly popular Banana-Peanut Butter Quesadillas for some inspiration!
Some of the tips & tricks being shared that I’ve already found useful for our Culture of Food recipes are:
- Spraying the inside of your food processor with PAM to make clean-up easier.
- Spraying the inside of a measuring cup with PAM so that sticky ingredients such as syrups and molasses slide right out and there’s no need to scrape.
- Lightly spray oven racks with PAM for easier sliding out. I know my oven can use this one!
- This one is non-cooking related, but I will definitely pass the tip along to my husband: spray PAM on soccer cleats before playing so that mud won’t stick in between.
Now that we’ve talked so much about all the ways to use PAM, we want 25 of you to take four cans home. Yes…that’s 25 winners of a set of four cans of PAM. All you need to do to win it is head over to the PAM Top Tips Contest Facebook page and tell us which of the tips that have already been submitted is your favorite. The first 25 qualifying comments will automatically win!
This giveaway ends as soon as the 25 entries are received or by February 7 at midnight EST, whichever comes first. You must have a valid US address to enter.
Disclosure: This post is part of a sponsored series to help promote PAM’s Top Tip Contest. We also received PAM products and promotional material from ConAgra to assist in preparing the posts. All opinions are our own.

My favorite is Lightly spray oven racks with PAM for rasier sliding. Very important when a cake is in the oven and you do not want it to cave in on itself!
I love the tip about “before using a food processor, spray with Pam…cleaning food from those parts later will be a breeze.”
Thanks so much

I like the idea of spraying it on a sled!
this one is my favorite:
Quick-Dry Nail Polish
Description:
My girlfriend uses PAM every time she paints her nails. Apparently, the oil interacts with solvents in the nail polish to dramatically speed up the drying time! Give it a try.
Of course I love PAM for cooking and I love all the ideas. My personal favorite at home that is not food related is to spray a little bit in the carpet to remove melted play dough from the carpet. Just a spray and then with a toothbrush the play dough comes off very easy.
From the page on facebook I love the one that says: “I use Pam on the bottom of our sleds at Christmas time so we can whiz by everyone else! I use pam for just about everything…the posibilities are endless! Thanks Pam!
Thank you
I liked the idea of spraying it on a bandaid to take it off easier!
I use it for baking and cooking, of course. It is easy to use and healthier than all the oil my mom uses when she cooks.
My friend is on Nutrisystem, and she doesn’t really like the food, but is losing weight, so, before she eats the food, she heats it up in a pan using PAM, and she says it gives it a much better taste.

I like the tip about using it to keep food from sticking on your crockpot–I’ve recently become a crockpot fanatic, and this tip will be tested in my kitchen VERY soon!
I like the tip about using Pam as a wasp spray! I didn’t know that!
I love Pam and always keep a can of classic Pam and a can of Pam for Baking in my kitchen. I use it frequently, including in my crockpot, to make panini sandwiches and while testing recipes for my blog, The Other Side of The Tortilla.
My favorite tip I saw, though, was for spraying it inside tupperware for stain-free storage. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made too much red sauce and needed to freeze some so that it wouldn’t go to waste. I have a specific set of tupper just for red sauces because I despise the stains, so I don’t want my other containers to get stained, too. Totally going to try that one out next time I have red sauce to store!

I liked the tip about spraying the panini pan with PAM and decided to use it to roll out my homemade dog biscuits. The dough was too sticky and PAM helped me roll out the dough perfectly.
i love this tip
The containers stain badly from the sauce and are difficult to clean no matter how you wash them. But spraying the containers with Pam beforehand keeps them easy to clean, stain free and looking like new.
I like the tip about using it to keep food from sticking on your crockpot– I hate having food sticking to my cookware and trying to clean it!
I love the band-aid idea..I hate when it hurts to take one off. I will definitely try this!

This one is my new top secret weapon!
Safe Hornet Spray
Description:
Not only is PAM great for cooking, but I also use it to disable Hornets & Yellow Jackets. Just one spray and their wings are coated making them unable to fly. They literally drop to the ground. This is a far safer alternative to traditional toxic wasp sprays.
I forgot to leave which tip I like best! I like the bandaid tip, sounds so pain free!!
