Last week we shared with you some adorable and useful coloring and activity sheets from the classic Disney film, Bambi. We hope your kids are enjoying them and are looking forward to watching the film and joining several generations of kids that have loved Bambi and his forest friends.
Bambi has been released from the Disney Vault today and can now be found completely remastered in both DVD and Blu-ray format. We received our copy last week and my girl has already bumped it to the top of her list of movie choices. Her favorite part is definitely when Bambi is learning to speak and Flor and Tambor (we watch it with the Spanish option on) are teaching him how to say “Pájaro” and “Flor.” Camila kept laughing and screaming at the screen “¡Pájaro! Se dice ‘Pájaro’, Bambi.” A classic is still a classic.
As of today, relive some of your favorite Bambi moments and create new ones with your child. We have a copy of Bambi Diamond Edition (includes DVD and Blu-ray) for TWO winners.

I remember watching this with my sister.
Enjoyed Watching Bambi. I remember watching as a whole Familia and feeling the closeness. Bambi brought us together and it is a great family movie. We all felt so many emotions when watching Bambi. But in the end it made us Smile (:
i remember being enthralled by Thumper.
Oh Bambi was a favorite! I remember crying my little eyes out when Bambis’ Mother was shot. I remember laughing at the cute and silly antics of Thumper the rabbit and Flower the skunk. When I was a girl I even named one of my rabbits Thumper. I am also an artist, and some of the first things that I tried to draw was Bambi and his friends, I thought that they were so beautiful. I loved the love story between Bambi and Faline. I loved the serene strenth, and awesomeness of Bambis’ handsome Father. I loved the whole Movie and would love to win this prize and share such a great Classic with my family and extended family!

I used to LOVE Bambi–especially the part when Bambi learns to talk and has to practice saying the word “bird.” I would walk around the house repeating “Bir! Bir! Bird!!!”

Like Camila, my favorite part was always Bambi learning to say “bird” and flower. Even in middle school I would quote that incredibly cute line and crack up trying to imitate it.
I subscribe.
I remember reading the book and I absolutely loved Thumper and Flower, and of course Bambi!!

When I was a kid, I had a Disney wooden block puzzle with SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS, THE JUNGLE BOOK and BAMBI on it. Each side of the block had a different picture on it. I had the puzzle before I saw the movie and I wondered what the story was about. Circa 1974.
Thanks!
Like everyone I saw Bambi as a child and remember being frightened by the fire, and Bambi suddenly being alone…but that was soon forgotten. Years later, I remember being shocked when when at a cinema and Bambi was playing…I had forgotten the fire…I can’t tell you how many parents I heard saying the same thing…Children cried during every showing, but at the end…everyone was happy again. Everyone forgets the fire, and that Bambi’s mother DIES.

I remember watching this movie as a child & how incredibly sad one part was…up until then I had no idea of what a loss is. I would love to share this movie with my 3 girls!!
My memory of Bambi was watching at the drive-in as a young girl. I was in my PJ’s laying down with blankets in the bank of a station wagon. Years ago and good memories. I remember covering my eyes when the fire happened…it was scary to me then. I would love to have this movie to share with my kids. Thanks .
I just always loved Thumper when I was little!
I remember I asked for a Rabbit for Christmas after seeing this, and yes, I named him Thumper!

I vaguely recall seeing Bambi at the cinema with my sister and parents. Those were the days before video cassettes and long before DVD, back when Disney used to re-release their films to theaters every seven years. Thank you for the fun give-away.
i remember bawling my eyes out when Bambi’s mother died. Think my mom had to start skipping that part when I was little because I just didnt take it very well.

I remember loving the movie, but I remember being so sad that Babmi’s mom was killed. Silly, I know, but I was a little one and it was real enough to me.
