Oh, what a great week!  Our dream of a blog to bring together parents raising bilingual kids finally came true and we couldn’t be happier with the welcome we’ve had.

It truly makes our day to read your comments.  We’re inspired by the stories so many of you have opened up to share with all of us;  we’re taking down very good notes for future posts from your suggestions;  and we’re ecstatic about the amount of subscribers and emails we’ve received in less than a week.  We sure are feeling the love on this Día del Amor y la Amistad.

We certainly are not alone on this mission of raising bilingual children.  We have been warmly welcomed into this blogosphere by more experienced bloggers  and we want to take the chance to THANK them and point you in their direction:

1. Cody’s Cuentos:  A free, weekly podcast in Spanish of classic fairytales of the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Charles Perrault, among others.
2. Mi Cielito Lindo:  A Latina’s guide through motherhood.
3. Teaching and Learning Spanish:  A mother teaching Spanish to her kids while maintaining her own language skills.
