Living in Colorado is awesome, but it would be completely perfect if it had the ocean! Whenever I travel anywhere near the ocean, I make it a point to go – especially if it’s the Pacific. It calls me. I identify with it. We’re connected. Not only because I’m a pisces, but because I’ve always lived near it. My dad put me in the deep blue waters of the Pacific Ocean back home in Lima when I was barely a month old! It’s in me.
I was in San Diego two weeks ago and I spend a gorgeous day at Del Mar. The water – which my Caribbean husband claims is like melted ice – was delicious and… pretty rough. Perfect.
Do you like the ocean? Not the beach, the ocean?
