Marymoor Bilingual Montessori School provides children with a comfortable, peaceful, safe, and stimulating environment where they can begin to learn a second language in a natural way. The learning process is encouraged by a child’s natural curiosity. Teachers guide children toward their goals and help children reach their full potential learning a second language. That is why in our Bilingual Preschool lessons are individually designed to meet each child’s needs.
When children understand a second language at an early age they have a greater probability of becoming fluent in that language. At our School children discover the world by gaining a wider perspective, a higher understanding, and a greater capacity to observe and learn. As children learn another language, they develop life-long communication skills improving problem-solving and thinking creatively. These skills are essential in a world that is becoming smaller every day because of advancing technology and a growing global economy.
All children between 3 – 6 years old are eligible, regardless of race, origin and religious beliefs. We accept students regardless of their level of Spanish or English; the curriculum accommodates English-only, Spanish-only and bilingual students.
