Community Montessori School is a diverse partnership of teachers, staff, parents, and children which utilizes Montessori principles to educate the whole child, instilling a sense of duty and personal responsibility. Our core values are respect, responsibility, and resourcefulness. Our school begins with children at 18 months and goes through 6th grade. We have native Spanish speaking assistants in the majority of our classrooms, who only speak Spanish with the children. Elementary students have as well a 30 minute Spanish lesson from our Spanish program coordinator, Rachael McConnell. Ms. McConnell is also available as a living material for two hours in the morning in the classes where there is not a Spanish speaking assistant.
