90/10 Dual Immersion Program – Classes are taught by fully credentialed bilingual teachers and adhere to California state and national standards in all subjects. The FLAG/Spanish, FLAG/Italian, FLAG/German, and now FLAG/French programs at Franklin Elementary follows the 90/10 model.
In dual language immersion programs students learn to speak, read, and write in English and a second language.
