Some days I wished my daughter could just wear a uniform to school like I did. Sure, it limits her style and her self-expression through fashion, but it’s such a relief for parents to have one less thing to think about and to spend money on. I must admit, though, and contradict myself a bit, that I love spending money on my daughter’s clothes. I love the crazy fashions for girls that are so colorful , so daring and so full of life.

The problem is that finding the time to really shop for her (and let’s not even mention for myself!) is such a luxury nowadays. It’s hard to go with her because she won’t stay still and let me focus, and when I go without her I start questioning what she will like or really wear now that she has an opinion (lots!) about what she wants.

Then along came Wittlebee to my life. Wittlebee is a kids clothing club that you sign up for to receive a box with six items of clothing every month selected based on your kid’s style. Bam, genius idea!

It’s so simple and affordable at $5 per piece, it’s a bit hard to believe that the mystery clothing that will come in the box is actually anything your kid will like and will last for a while. I had to give it a test, so I accepted the offer from Wittlebee to send me a box to try out.

The process was ridiculously easy. The first thing I had to do was create a style profile for my girl in three steps. The first step was to select her age (from 0 to 6 years), then to select at least two out of the five options of what she typically likes to wear (dresses and leggings for mine!), and finally select from a set of color palettes that best fit her style.

And what arrived in the mail is what you see in the picture below. I loved the thrill of opening the box to discover what had been sent to us. I was so pleased with the brands, the styles, the colors, the quality of fabrics and how from six fun pieces I was able to create at least nine different outfits! That’s even better than a boring uniform, and so much more fun for all. It almost felt like having a personal kiddie stylist.

Want to try out Wittlebee for yourself or gift it a friend? SpanglishBaby readers can use the code SPANGLISH for $10 off your first box. That would be $29.99, plus shipping and handling, for your first Wittlebee box with six clothing items. No worries about compromises because you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
