I would like to share a funny moment from our family with the Spanglishbaby community. You will not need translation ;-)

My son is not quite 2 years old and lives in both English and Spanish every day. The other evening some family were gathered and his beloved aunt said, "Marco, di: PELOTA." My innocent little baby looked up at her obediently, and said, "BALL". We all laughed a moment and then I said, "Marco, di: WATER" and, you guessed it, he looked up at me and said, "AGUA".

I'm enjoying it so much because I really think he is doing it absolutely on purpose! He looks and sounds like such an angel but he is a little diablito LOL!
