		<description><![CDATA[I laughed when I read this article.  I must say I had the fortune to be home for Ian when he was born and used the pressure cooker to make his food.  I have to confess I was a bit obsessed with what he ate.  I used mainly Latin foods to puree them in the olla a presión and it worked wonders.  I had baby food jars which I utilized to pack the baby food I made him on the go.

Could you believe I fed him pureed frijoles, ajiaco (a chicken soup from Colombia), jams or ñame, and potatoes with cheese...all made in the pressure cooker in no time!  It is really easy, it takes some time to overcome the idea that it is going to take you forever to cook this way.

Here is my recipe of Ajiaco Colombiano which I did in my olla a presión and after it is done I pureed it and froze it in the ice cubes maker trays to give to Ian during the week.
