When I was recently talking to my mum about reading ‘Bilingual is Better’, she mentioned remembering seeing Sesame Street have bits in Spanish (or a Spanish language version?) during a year that we spent in California in the early 1980s.

I’ve always said that if I would’ve stuck with it, I’d be fluent by now…instead of struggling in trying to learn it at age 42.
