Every year since I've been married we spend it with my Husban's family. We have a great feast and laugh and catch up with all those far away. Soon though, now that our little ones are getting a little older, we plan to start celebrating at our home and start with our own TG traditions. I have so many ideas!

We don't have a real Thanksgiving tradition yet. We just go to my in-laws. They don't cook traditionally so this year we bought food at Gelson's and it was DELICIOUS!! I really recommend it if your family doesn't cook!
The one tradition we have done at home is a craft which is writing what we're thankful for in a little cut-out leaf and then hanging them all somewhere around the house. My toddler is loving it!

In my family we almost always go to my in laws for dinner (most of my family is out of town). They often have great grandmas or other out of town guests staying with them, and they always invite my sister and family if she is in town. We eat a big dinner, desert, and either play games or chat until late. We always end up spending the night.
(My daughter and I are also starting a tradition of watching the parade as I did with my Dad when I was growing up)
