Click on START, choose CONTROL PANEL,
choose DATE TIME LANGUAGE AND REGIONAL OPTIONS
Choose at the verry bottom REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE
OPTIONS
Go to LANGUAGESTab, click on DETAILS
Click on ADD button
On the KEYBOARD LATOUT field select LATIN AMERICA
Then click LANGUAGE BAR (at the bottom) and select
SHOW THE LANGUAGE BAR ON
THE TASK BAR.
Select all the OK remaining
That will activate tha language selection option in
the task bar (will show
EN for english ans ES for Spanish)
Click on the language selection option ( EN or ES)
to swtich keyboard
layout.
