Julia is a former filmmaker and language teacher, and created the Entertainment Immersion Method® featured in the series. She is also the daughter of language teaching pioneer, Dr. Paul Pimsleur, of the Pimsleur Method®. Julia lives in New York with her husband and two young sons, both learning French.
