Have you ever had an anticucho? Some like to describe it as a Peruvian shish kebab, but I’m not sure that’s an accurate description. Save for the bamboo skewers, there’s really no other similarities. For starters, anticuchos are traditionally made with beef heart (but you can also make them with other cuts such as beef, chicken breast and fish).
