My wife (who is Mexican, I’m african-american) took me to TJ for my first time last year as she has a lot of family there. I’ve struggled & struggled & struggled to try to learn spanish (at age 41) for 3 years now to communicate with her family. Figures…soon as we got there, everyone spoke English to me. It was just my luck…lol. No exactly what I was looking for. My daily struggle continues.
