I think it’s awesome that you’ve told your older daughter that the baby doesn’t understand English. I would milk it until you no longer can!! Although our situation is different, I’ve done the same with my daughter and her baby brother and it works wonders :)

How awesome that your sister and her family are coming from Guatemala to spend the holidays with you. Sounds like your children will be exposed to a lot of Spanish this holiday season!
