I would love to contribute, I see you have birthday celebrations and don’t have dominican input.
I’m dominican, I live in Santo Domingo, and I read your blog because I’m raising my girls bilingual, english/spanish, it’s a little bit different here as you do it in the states.
The go to school almost completely in english and everything else is done in spanish.
We get books, movies, music and play dates in english.
Some summers they’ll go spend the summer in Miami and go to a summer camp.
They just came back from that experience.

Que emoción! A new baby is always so exciting and yes at the same time it can worry the heck out of you. Maybe you’ll be as lucky as we were two times around. Ri started sleeping through the night at 3 months and A at two months! I thank God for that! Seriously, we were lucky.
